Здравствуйте! Скажите, смогу ли я взыскать неустойку по закону, если в договоре нет про нее ни слова? Или изначально надо было условие о неустойке предусматривать?

Здравствуйте Евгений, да, ГК РФ предусматривает возможность взыскания в неустойки, даже если соглашением сторон обязанность по ее уплате не предусматривается.
